I'll go with F15 based on the obv, though the rev looks VF20 to me. I reserve the right to change my guess to whatever Stone says, as he knows this series much better than I do!

Raw, I'd go a split grade of 20/30.
I think it would slab as a 20 at PCGS, as I don't think the impairments are serious enough to warrant a Genuine slab.
I'd give it a 20. Marks look ok for grade.
