Does PSA grade these?? I think these came in early 70's Topps wax packs.

    Don't think PSA grades them. They came in '70 Topps packs and in their own packs. I'm not sure but think they were also in some '71 packs, perhaps OPC.

    I don't know the answer but one way to see if PSA does grade them is to look
    at the master set registry for whatever player you are looking for.
