The first one will be a Muslim country, Egypt, Morocco, and the like (Haven't been able to find it just yet)... The second appears to be Russian, it has the crowned Imperial eagle on the coin... Could be wrong on these but might point you are someone else in the right direction...
What they said. More on the Yemeni crown - it is silver, 0.4572 ASW, KM/Y-31, $9/XF 13.50/UNC. The ebay linky has the goods on the Malta piece, I'll only add that Jean de la Valette was a pretty interesting fellow (I read a book on Maltese history for no good reason once upon a time).
The second coin isn't a "real coin", because the "Sovereign Order of St John of Jerusalem" isn't a real country. You'll find them listed under "Malta" in the Unusual World Coins book (in my second edition, this coin is listed as KMX# 4, total mintage 3315). This one is made of silver-plated cupronickel.
If you look under the globe the eagle is clutching, you can see the FM mintmark of the Franklin Mint. I'd classify these as Franklin Mint fantasies.
