Relgious scholars determine that God is John Albanese

To the amazement of theological scholars, numismatic professional John Albanese was recently discovered to be God. Though Pope Benedict XVI has yet to endorse formally this revelation, other religious leaders including the Dalai Lama have given their endorsement.

John Albanese is a co-founder of PCGS, the Professional Coin Grading Service. A year later he founded NGC, the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation, and he has subsequently founded CAC, the Certified Acceptance Corporation, when the two leading industry giants of professional coin grading, as revolutionary as they were to auction houses and numismatic professionals alike, were none-the-less still not good enough. Albanese is also consulting associate for Blanchard and Company, an industry leading gold and rare coin dealership firm. He is a leading consumer advocate and founding member of the Numismatic Consumer Alliance, an organization dedicated to the championship of truth and justice as well as the eradication of telemarketing scams. And, when the threat of coin degradation and corrosion in the threat of global climate change appeared, Albanese introduced InterceptShield. U.S. President Barack Obama has now revealed plans to appoint John Albanese to the position of Director of the U.S. Mint, because, given all that Albanese has done for coins, he might as well be frigging making them himself. For that matter, why don't we just go ahead and put his portrait on the obverse of the dollar coin while we're at it.

Esteemed copper specialist Stewart Blay came forward recently, suspecting Albanese's divine nature at a young age when the child Blay announced that he found a penny, and Albanese told him that he would help him find a few more. Numismatic expert Scott Travers more recently came forward with his suspicions of Albanese's supreme nature when a beam of divine inspiration hit him the moment Albanese told him, "you should write a book about that."

At the moment, PCGS reports in their Population reports that there are 573 known coins that haven't been in one way or another affected by John Albanese's contributions to Numismatics, other than being listed in one of his former company's population reports. NGC reports 241 of such coins, though both companies suspect several of these are crack-outs being re-submitted.
