Submission form help

Can anyone tell me if it's okay to line through cards on a submission form and renumber some of the lines? It's not one of the carbon forms with duplicate copies, just one that's printed off the site. Just found out PSA won't grade some of the cards I already have written in. I need to cross them out and renumber some lines. I don't think I have any white out.

I just sent in a 90 card submission and numbered each page 1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc. have done this in past with no problems. al.
