PCGS Quarterly Special

I understand that the current quarterly special is basically any US coin minted after 1909 with a value under 1000. I submitted a coin that arrived to its vacation destination today- One Centavo from the Philippines dated 1938.
Why did I do this?
Because it just seemed to be the right thing to do in an effort to make a creative statement for what was not likely contemplated originally but might be in the future...
What will the coin grade?
Let's just see if it gets graded under the quarterly special- it is a nice coin and I know... very, very common

CoinKat 64 RB is a pretty respectable grade. Sorry it didn't go 66. PCGS is grading pretty tight these days. Do you have a photo?
