Dick has bent over backward at times to keep a select few "unpleasant" customers happy. I don't think anyone on ebay has been more accomadating than him during some very trying sales. Trust me, it is hard work to keep all those customers happy...Moreover, no one sells more choice toned coins than he does; and most importantly no one gets better prices for his consigners....I only own wildly toned coins; whenever I sell, he handles the sale...that's the best praise I can offer.
