GOT the last 3 cards i needed to complete my 1959 phillies team set
anderson is by far one of my sharpest 8's

a few upgrades to come later , but for now i am very happy eith these cards

    Its always nice to complete a job. Its even nicer when its a set of cards .

    By the way , I think those cards look good from here .

    Congrats! I always thought about doing the 59 Phils team set but never do.

    thanks guys,
    i will keep chugging along on the set, by working by teams i think i get a little more sense of accomplishment when one finishes.
    i kind of like this method and think i will try another team set from 59

    That Dave Philley card is as tough as they get.I remmember paying a hefty amount for the PSA 7 in my set a few years back.I betcha that Ruben Amaro card was a tough one also.

    Nice Job, Hank! It made only perfect sense that Dave Philley was ...a Phillie!

    And how does anyone hate the Phillies...?

    They are such an underdog most of the time and it's not like they have 20+ WS Titles and win every year by out spending their competition(cough...Yankees, etc.)
