    Your 3¢ silver has extra outlines around the stars.
    This does not affect the value.

    The Lincoln Cent looks to have a flan defect on the obverse

    and a clashed die mark on the back. the defect on the obverse would

    down grade the coin.

    These lines are on many wheats and memorials. I believe it's caused by the ejection mechanism or planchet feeder fingers scraping the die and causing long straight die gouges that make the raised lines on the coins.
