Franklin halves may be in the doldrums; but I need this one. I'll pay CDN bid+10% for an unblemished specimen. It must be PCGS and CAM. Thanks in advance.
I'm the Proud recipient of a genuine "you suck" award dated 1/24/05. I was accepted into the "Circle of Trust" on 3/9/09.

One or two Franklins had light CAM, but best I did was PR68.
Now I am still trying to sell off all my 1959 proof singles in mint cello!
