It's Beckett's Graded Card Investor magazine. It's far more accurate than SMR but not as good as the online sites that track eBay sales. It's worthless for low pop common prices - but the star cards are pretty good, or so I've noticed. I only buy it if they're featuring a set that I'm interested in in one of their articles.

Edited to add, LOL, apparently not that accurate at all since you can buy a PSA 10 on eBay for a fixed price of $25
