Future coin designs that I don't want to see and I do want to see

1. I do not want any more dead presidents
2. I do not want any more politically correct themes.
3. Let us return to the beautiful allegory of Ms Liberty
and it is a theme that would resound with the Nation. The
stamps have been long ruined, because they no longer look
like stamps. We should try to avoid the commercialism from
happening to our coinage. Otherwise, we are liable to find
Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck on our coin obverses.

in shambles, we are in a war, the American people confused

and once again fill them with pride and hope.

The coins of Charles Barber are the last cohesive set of American Type coins. Back when our government looked for a more unified look in our coinage. Our pocket change today looks like a pile of game room tokens.
Amen brother! But it does sell...

<< <i>I'm surprised no one complained of the dead presidents' dead wives being featured on coins. Of course they are closer in semblence to "Lady Liberty" than their spouses. >>

You already mentioned the deceased presidents in point number one.
Actually the depiction of Justice on the 2008 Platinums equals if not surpasses some of the depictions of Lady Liberty.
