Legit card on eBay?

I am looking to buy a graded Jackie Robinson Leaf card graded by PSA. I don't want to spend a fortune so I'm looking for a decent grade (less than a 5; don't want to spend more than $700) Came across this earlier this morning. What do you guys think, legit?

THAT does not mean it is bogus; only that it looks like it to me.

Using "price" as the lead factor in buying collectibles is usually a mistake.

Somebody, please purchase his 2 Leaf cards and tell me he's okay! Then, and only then, will I be able to erase these paranoidal feelings that I get, whenever I see a seller that has a "no" or "low" feedback score coming out of a 3-5 year hiatus trying to sell expensive vintage cards!
Thank you so much in advance!

Setting aside the possibilities that a seller is desperate/ignorant, very
low-prices often indicate possibilities that are not favorable to buyers.
While buyers don't always get what they paid for, they virtually NEVER
get that for which they did not pay.
Using price as your "lead" criteria, simply invites problems; it can make
you vulnerable to immediate fraud, AND it can cause disappointment
when it is time for you to sell.
Buying the BEST items that you can afford is the smart play. "Quality,"
not "price," should be the leading guide in ALL buying decisions.

I don't see how this advice fits in with the OP's question.

I took the OP's statement:
".....I don't want to spend a fortune so I'm looking for a decent grade (less than a 5; don't want to spend more than $700......"
to mean that price was the "lead" factor in his decision making.

He said that he didn't want to spend over $700. To me, that sounds like he's established a budget for aquiring a Jackie R rookie.
Are you saying this primarly because of the seller he's asking about?

#1, Be Patient. You dont have to purchase the first card you see. You can get a solid Robinson card for what you have budgetted.
#2, Put a post on the Buy, Sell, Trade boards expressing your interest in a PSA 2, PSA 3 or PSA 4 Jackie Robinson RC. Buy a card with great appeal. If you do, you will never get burned.
<< <i>I found one within my budget, below $700. How legit is BVG for non-modern cards? Do you think it will cross-over to PSA 1/2?

I doubt it would cross into any PSA or SGC graded-slab.
("AUTHENTIC" would be the best case.)
It could have ANY number of alterations or repairs.
You can do MUCH better, within your budget.
Patience is a good thing, when shopping.
