70 No S Dime

I have a friend interested in a 70 no S Dime so I was wondering what dealers would stock that kind of inventory? He hasn't said he would actually purchase one so I didn't post this on the BST.
My bad, we were discussing cents and he mentioned the 70 no S DIME
So far I've told hime Heritage, Teletrade and eBay.
Thanks,

Complete Dime Set
........i found this write up.
since 1982, the only proof set of note being the 1990 set struck without a mint mark on the cent. This repeated an error which occurred in 1968, 1970, 1975 and 1983 on the Dime and in 1971 on the Five Cents, an engraving error supposedly prevented from ever happening again after 1983 by the Mint mark being added to the hubs used to make Proof dies. Nobody has ever explained how this omission occurred.
When the 1990 no S proof cent mania first hit, there were dozens if not hundreds of them posted there for bids.
I wrote ebay about this and they said they'd look into it.
A few said their coin was proof but the majority just had a picture and the description, "1990 Lincoln cent, no S".
I bought one from a dealer in a PCGS holder for about $4 K. It's been a good buy so far.

I collect all 20th century series except gold including those series that ended there.
