The Minnesota Twins held a special promotion in the spring of 1999....buy a season ticket and you would receive a genuine #125 Louisville Slugger Kirby Puckett signed baseball bat. The bat is 34" long and has been BOLDLY signed by Kirby in silver paint pen. And it is a nice HUGE signature....unlike how he started to sign a few years later with a very small signature. I obtained this bat that spring and have stored it in a bat tube ever since. The official Twins COA which accompanies this bat states that Kirby signed this bat "during the month of April, 1999".
