Does NCS list all of the problems on the label?

I bought a Trade$ in an NCS holder that says:AU details,Chopmarked.Should I assume that it is otherwise problem free?Good closeup pictures led me to believe that the chops were the only problem.

is this a trick question??? none of the plastic co's necesarily list "all the problems" on a holder even if a coin has a problem. they might, or might not, list the problem(s).
