I have an action pack mello yellow #42 promo card. It is a racing card. It was given out at one of the Nationals in the early 90's. Any idea of the value?

    I'm guessing it's probably a card of Kyle Petty? I think that was the car he was driving around the mid 90s. Probably not worth much but you may find someone on the bay who collects promo cards.

    Yes, it is Kyle Petty.
