His price is .... WOW WOW.. but $50 maybe too low .. it has a great look to it.

A high percentage of that seller's slabbed SoCalled Dollars are priced way above market value. I always considered it to be his way of getting inexpensive exposure via eBay. Consider the HK-1 he has had for sale on a BIN of in excess of $9K. Not even the top pop. example at NGC (MS-63) has realized anywhere near that level at auction.
