What areas of the country have the most dealers, most collectors and best collections?

I am sure the hobby (and its different components) are not evenly spread out across the fruited plain; and are instead concentrated in specific areas. Which areas of the country are we talking about (large metropolitan areas vs. smaller areas; east coast and west coast v. flyover country)?

I'd guess the major cities along the east coast.

Those states that have the weakest extradition laws.

Theoretically the best collections would have come from the Major US Mints (Philadelphia, New Orleans, San Francisco, Denver, and so forth)
In modern circumstances the coastal cities tend to have the largest concentration of dealers/collectors. Why, because people naturally like to live near coast lines!
