You can order Topps cards with any of your own photos and Topps will make it for you. All the guy did was order a bunch of this card, signed his name, numbered them, and now selling them. How goofy and a bit under handed.
Just go to the Topps website and you can find the details for getting these cards with your own picture.

Yep, as the others indicated, you can purchase cards like that through Topps website. I had 75 sets or so of these done recently for another board I participate on.

No, and quite honestly I think it's pretty cruel for Mike to keep rubbing it in my face.
I'd definitely ask for some OPC stock and give them to all my friends so they'd have to complain about chipping and centering issues.
