    why do you think its a scam? because of his zero feedback? i dont have that knid of money to spend so im not familiar with that card.

    0 Feedback. 3 day sale. If you were legitimately selling the card, would you be in a hurry to dump the card, or want to expose the card for AT LEAST the 7 days, to get the best price?!?!?!

    It just kills me to see these auctions ... and there's next to nothing that any of us can do ...

    There is plenty we can do about it and it has already been done. Notice the current price, $12,345.67. Do you think thaa is just a coincidence?

    BTW, there is already a thread about this card on the regular forum.

    I guess I'm naive. What CAN be done about, and what WAS done about it? Sure, I noticed the current price ... but what does that tell you? ... initially it seemed like only newbies to ebay were bidding, though now I see folks with 1000+ feedbacks are becoming involved. Educate me, please ... I wrote to the guy asking for a pic with today's date on it ... needless to say, no response

    I happen to live in the same town as the "seller". I asked if I could pick it up and pay him cash. He said the card was on consignment for his cousin that lives in Atlanta.

    You can report the auction but I'm sure it has been done plenty of times today.

    I just sent the seller a note letting him know that I live near Atlanta and would like to drive to pick it up and pay cash for the exchange. I will let you know the response.
