A dealer in my area sells a graded card box that is larger than the 1600 hundred count shoe box. It is double column and hold approx 132 regular PSA holdered cards. I'm not sure if he gets them from BCW but to order direct I think you need to buy 25 of them. He sels them for about $3 each.
There are also the little plastic blue boxes similiar to the blue PCGS boxes.
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
I personally like the blue boxes. They only hold 25 cards, but they are compact enough that they fit nicely into a safe. Here is a scan of the lid:

Do they send those with back with cards like PCGS does with coins?
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

Those PSA blue boxes (avail in red too!), are nice but PSA slabs seem to "rattle in their slots" a little too much. (i.e., too loose!)
IMO, do not travel with them too far in those boxes. If you do, pleeeeeeze avoid those "NYC type potholes"!
I got my 1st big order back yesterday, I like the boxes they are shipped back in. I bought some of the large PSA type black boxes for sets. Now I just need the other subs to pop!!!

They use a cardboard box.
