Why do I even bother to list new BIN items on Sunday evenings anymore?

Why do I even bother, when they don't show up in the searches. It's been over 4 hours, and still not a one has shown up either in the eBay search, or even in a search of my own store! Anyone else remember the good old days when a half hour delay for listings to show up was considered too long?
