WTB Flair Legacy 1996 and 1997

I decided to put together these ridiculous sets, so any help would be appreciated. I'm doing 1996 basketball and 1997 baseball and football. I'll also buy Masterpieces 1/1 if you have any.

Were these the 1 per pack inserts?

    Ambitious!

I have recently been wondering (as I have not attended shows in years) if these types of cards can be found routinely in the 50% off and bargain boxes on dealer tables. Is there anyone who attends shows who pays attention to formerly high dollar inserts that are still quite rare but without the demand there once was?
I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!
Don't waste your time and fees listing on ebay before getting in touch me by PM or at gregmo32@aol.com !

I have a couple of the Baseball. Are you looking to complete Rows 0, 1, 2, and 3?

I see so little 90s stuff at shows any more. Card dealers usually fall into one of 3 categories- All vintage, all modern, and all oddball/random from the 70s and 80s.

I asked Tommy Herr and that's what he told me.
