Silver Round Question - Morgan Design on Obverse

A friend of mine showed me a silver round this afternoon and I've not seen one like it before. The coin resembled a Morgan Dollar on the obverse and the reverse resembled the Eagle in Flight on a Gold $20 Saint-Gaudens. It was marked with .999 Fine, but did not have a date.
Are any of you familiar with this coin and, if so, is this a common silver round or does it have value higher than the silver content.
Thanks for the information.

<< <i>I'm almost certain it's just a generic silver round issued by a private mint. >>
