Tilted and off center on the back

How badly are grades dinged if a card is OC and tilted on the back? See below for an example.

Thanks,
Neal

    front

    back

can't really tell from the scans but I would almost call it miscut - is it square?

I tried posting the pics using the WYSIWYG editor. Am I missing something?

Assuming that the card in question is not miscut or trimmed, the reverse centering, while significantly off, will not be a serious detriment to the grade. The front centering is not that bad. Given the quality of the scan, there's little to discern and comment on with regard to condition, but if all else is solid, the centering specifics could still receive at least a PSA 7.
