For sale here directly is a starter set of 261 different 1962 Topps baseball cards. That's over 43% of the complete 598 card set. If you ever wanted to get a big jump on a 1962 set, without laying out too much money, this may be a good opportunity for you. Overall this partial set averages out to just about VG-EX condition (due more to corner wear than creasing), with approx. 20% below VG-EX, approx. 60% VG-EX, and approx. 20% above VG-EX. Some of the Stars and Hall of Famers included are: Minnie Minoso, Harmon Killebrew, Rocky Colavito in action, Whitey Ford in action, Luis Aparicio, Brave's backstops with Joe Torre, Ken Boyer, Orlando Cepeda All Star, Brooks Robinson All Star, Luis Aparicio All Star, as well as plenty of Semistars, Team cards, Leader cards, In Action cards, All Star cards, and unmarked checklists. Also included in the 261 cards are 19 semi high numbered cards from 447 to 522 and 14 high numbered cards from 523 to 598, of which 3 are SP's (single prints).

    Someone should jump on this, it's almost half the set and it's priced to move! If I didn't already have that big group of 62's, I would've bought it.

    Ok, Im doing it anyway..

    Hello!! If you are ever and I mean ever going to consider putting this set together..DON"T BE FOOLISH!!

    The high numbers alone are worth what nick is asking for his set...

    Unless you have ever tried to put this set together and looked for high numbers you really have no idea as to the deal that is right here.

    I as you know only build graded sets, however if I did a raw set..I'd grab this faster then a homeless, crack addicted person would a crack rock laying on the ground!!!
