I don't know what Bingo cashback is,but last week I used a 15% off coupon and some E-bay bucks on a single purchase.

with no browsers open and logged out of all ebay, cashback and ebates accounts:

1. open first browser (internet explorer) window and login to cashback (bing).
2. from there do cashback search using an ebay link. (I type in "silver.")
3. ebay will open, login to ebay account. Confirm cashback logo is showing.
4. open new browser window (leave first window sitting aside, you are through with it, but don't close it)
5. In new browser window open ebates and login. scroll down drop down menu of all the online stores and click on "ebay."
6. A new browser will open up, a tracking ticket number will show for a few seconds and then ebay will open. In this browser go to my ebay (you are already logged in from step 3 in the first browser).
7. Make sure the cashback logo shows in the last browser window. You are now logged into ebay, cashback and ebates in the last browser window. Make your ebay purchase from this browser window. If you don't see the cashback logo, log out of all accounts, close all browser windows and start over.
8. If you have a coupon code or ebay bucks code you can also use it when you check out with paypal.
9. After a purchase you can log out of all accounts, close all browsers, and start over for another eligible purchase.

Remember:
-You haven't used up anything if you do not make a purchase
-You only have one hour to make a purchase from the time you logged into cashback. It has to be a buy it now purchase and you have to pay with paypal (you can still use any of the paypal payment method options; note that echecks cannot be made while there are funds in the paypal account.)
-You must see the cashback logo in the third browser to be eligible.
-don't worry about writing down the ebates tracking ticket, it does no good to inquire about an ebate; you either get it or you don't. It takes a couple of days to know if you got it, they will send you an email saying you got it.
