Any hope for this 1867/7 Indian Cent?

Bought this from a local dealer. Nice details, but clearly has some issues. Any remedies to make it looks better? Thanks in advance.

Looks like the die was on its way out when it was struck.
Very cool late die state 67/67, yet the overdate is all there.
