So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    Boopotts is your man on determining odds. There would be different odds in different sections of the ball park of course. Then figure out how many foul balls happen in a typical game, and how many people there are to compete with in getting them. Agility and skill of the fan, as well as determination to get a ball, are variables that would be hard to put a finger on.

    Fun times for the young man.
