I've got some sealed Philadelphia sets with post office registered mail date stamps.

Any way to find out issue dates for 1993 ASEs and AGEs??

I don't think First Submitted was around in the mid 90's

It is my understanding if they are sealed and qualify from a standpoint of date then they can get FS labels.

I believe there are already some ASEs with FS labels from the 1990s.

Now how do I find the 1993 cut off date??
