Man sentenced in wheat pennies case

    I seem to remember an Ebay seller whom I thought was from ND selling bulk unsearched wheat pennies on Ebay. In his listings, it showed him standing along side a large barrel or drum of wheat pennies, as in a 55 gallon drum. I wonder if that was the same guy.

    Who on earth would ship 400 pounds of CENTS to someone without getting payment first?

    Last I heard, when performing an eBay transaction, the payment is made first, then the product is shipped.

    I don't know the details, but Ill throw out a WAG. Maybe the guy sent it without sig. confirmation and the a-hole said he never received the cents.
