I bought a very large baseball and football collection and found this. anyone know what it is or what it might be from? thanks (sorry it came out blurr)

I think this is one of the many unlicensed cards produced in the 90's, My guess is that it is a takeoff of the 1990 Topps Bush card.

I have looked every where, no date or comapny on back just a small bio on his days at yale. any value??
The collection was owned by an older gentleman who passed away a few years back, his son (in his 50's) didn't want "the stuff" he has a room full of complete sets from 1950's-ealry 90's (sold before i got there) I have not made it through everything yet (truck load) I did find a babe ruth look n see#15 just a ton of neat items. most cards are mint condition. he had all of them in toplaods or card savers.
