Is card_collectors_corner trustworthy? Has anyone bought raw from him and then got it graded?

Nick's Rule #1 of purchasing on ebay:

never buy raw cards on ebay from a seller you don't know, and expect the cards to grade out.

Never dealt with them. But I also don't buy many raw cards on ebay just because most people don't know a 5 from a 10. JM2¢
