Random 2009 Lincoln Cent PCGS Slabbing Orientation

I just got a submission back where I submitted 10 of the various 2009 Lincoln cents. 4 Proof and 6 business strike. It appears that PCGS has slabbed these randomly, which is quite troubling to me. The orientation is even inconsistent between proof and business strike. Why don't they have a standard? This is quite frustrating. I'm probably more anal than most, as I prefer all of my slabs to be similar this way.
3 of them came back with the Obverse on the front of the slab
7 of them came back with the Reverse on the front of the slab
Do you think they'll correct this for free, and pay shipping? Even for PR70's?
Ugh.

WoW!!!
surprised they didn't come up with a standard.... or maybe they kept the standard and whoever slabbed the coins didn't know one side from the other.
