On that pic, yeah, worth a shot if you don't mind the EOT risk. Could see that in a 5 easily assuming the back is decent.

Yeah, that upper right corner may keep it out of a 5 holder. Looks like a lot of the original White has chipped off.

I'd do a crossover with a MG of 4. Send it in for review after it is in a PSA holder.
