    1921 Peace Dollar (VAM-1O) Clashed Reverse - Very Strong Strike

    1921 Peace Dollar (VAM-1H) - Struck from Satin Proof Dies - Bold to Strong Strike (Ex Stack's Bowers March 2012 Baltimore Auction - Lot 8540)

    Below is a recent (early 2015) 1921 Peace Dollar purchase that has a different surface luster and appearance than other 1921 Peace Dollars in my collection.
    The coin has Broad Flat Obverse & Reverse Wire Rims, a Matte Luster appearing finish, and very Well Struck Rays on Miss Liberty's crown. -- It also has a 15 Degree Clockwise Rotated Reverse.
    Although I cannot discern obverse die diagnostic characteristics for the VAM-1F (struck from Matte Proof Dies), it sort of resembles that type of striking and matte luster. I am unable to determine any other VAM diagnostics for this coin.
