No, but it's a HTF R-7 O-107A variety.

The multi. rim dings
The scratches
The cleaning
The fact that the only PCGS holder it will ever see is Genuine 0. The well known replacement for the old BB (body bag)

I can get past all of the coin's detriments to appreciate the fact that this dies state is very rare. A nice find.
