What will my Canadian half dollar grade? 1890 H She is on her way back!

Shortly ended up being months later but she is on her way home now
15083718 32074 1890-H 50C CANADA VF20

Going to be sending this in to PCGS shortly - what do you think?

    I would be in the 12-15 range- I think we have alittle too much even wear on both sides for a 20

    Always difficult to grade from a picture. I think Fine details but rather dark and a few digs and scratches that should take down to a VG10. They might "Genuine" but it is an 1890H. IMO.

    In hand the half is not quite as dark. I took those pics last night just with the ambient light. Here is a morning windowsill picture. image

    BTW, nice coin. Don't see them that often that nice. Scarce coin.

    Seems we were spot on with the VF20 grade. That is a very desirable coin in that grade.

    By Canadian grading standards the coin is F12 maybe F15. But I have noticed for circulated coins the US TPGs aren't as conservative as those in Canada.
