Today( Aug. 15) marks the 20th aniversary of his final pitch. One of the good guys of baseball. Don't think his name will appear on any list

He's on the "list" of beloved Giants players. They have him out to AT&T Park for something at least once a season.

I still have newspaper clippings from when his arm was removed. BTW, SI did their "Where are they now" issue a few weeks back & Dravecky was in it; he's doing great even rides a motorcycle. Good for him!

A quick little 3-4 minute clip of Mr. Dravecky. Man, after going thru this with both my little girl and my wife, I know what his wife must have been going thru when she was told "Your husband has Cancer!". God Bless you Mr. Dravecky!

13-odd years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Dravecky at a local motivational speaker function. I got a couple of his books signed and was able to spend 15 or so minutes talking with him. Class act all the way, which is a direct result of his Christian faith. He couldn't have been nicer.
