What am I missing? Ebay/Paypal/Bing cashback

I made a $57 purchase using the 10% cashback.

I go to pay and the ONLY funding options I have are paypal balance or checking account. It is not giving me the option if using my CC on file.

THis is how I have paid for all my cashback purchases before.

If I remember correctly, you can transfer your paypal balance to your bank account and then it will allow you to use a credit card. It is paypal's way of keeping the money (credit card fees) that they would otherwise pay by accepting credit card payments.

Yep. They make you use that remaining paypal balance first. Also I'm showing 12% yesterday and today.

Yep simply transfer the funds out of your account and then you can pay with a CC.


Some people prefer paying with a PP balance.

PP is sleazy but not in this case.
