On the "reply window", click on the "http" button, paste the link inside the first pop-up window, then type anything to name your link inside the second pop-up window.
Someone probably believes they can "fix" it well enough to get accepted and into an 8 holder. I can think of a couple ebay sellers who would make that gamble.
Definitely a great looking card, but the top is where it looks trimmed as mrmint23 already pointed out. If that "dog" or "bunny" ear can be flattened out and it does not measure too short it may grade given enough attemps.

No they wouldn't because then they cant guarantee it will grade with a TPG. They buy sharp looking 4's and 5's with wrinkles, not altered.
If someone is able to get a numerical grade on that, $$.
