non member submission

i was at the national and was told by the people work at the psa booth that i could submit in the 10 card bulk even though my membership ran out last month. i just got an email from them that since im not a member its going to cost me $15 a card. is this right? nowhere on the submission form does it say you cant use bulk if your not a member

I dont know for sure, but I would assume that anything on the form is for members only and varies for non-members if at all.

To submit cards at various levels you must be a member.

They are allowing you to submit w/o being one so they are telling you that you will pay 15.00 per card.

If you want the bulk rate buy a membership.

So yeah IMO it is 'right'

I'm sure somewhere on the web site it says to be able to submit one must buy a membership.

If they allowed everyone to submit at the bulk rate w/o buying a membership why have memberships fees?
