1823 Capped Bust Half - PCGS MS-61 - (Mint State or AU)??

The following 1823 Capped Bust Half which is graded PCGS MS-61 sold Sunday night on TeleTrade for an AU price $850 ($978 with juice). It happens to be in one of the Old Green Label PCGS holders. It appears to be untoned and thus lacks original skin.
Although I was not the purchaser, I was watching it and thought that it sold for a very reasonable (if not low) price. My question to you CBH experts is whether you think that this coin is a borderline AU/MS-61 which would account for the low price realized.
