the aaron card has seen a steady increase in prices since i last bought one (PSA 6) several years ago. the best way to go to acquire a nice looking aaron rookie today, unless you have the dough to buy it high grade, is to purchase low grade, high eye appeal. and that, my friend, is a nice low grade, high eye appeal card. good job with the purchase.

best thing about Aaron being in that club is that even if you took away his 755 careers home runs, he still would have over 3000 hits (THATS how underrated he is!)..........

i think what holds it back is the top right corner,it has a smallfold
and the top border is chipped and has a small dent there

First...that is a beautiful card.

Second after reading the above about Ichiro I think he will have a shot at 3000 hits in MLB alone. (if he stays healthy)

HERE are my 4 big ones
the lajoie is kind of miscut
but the speaker and collins are relly nice cards for low grades
cobb and speaker are polar bear back, i imagine that makes them a little more rare
would really like to upgrade the cobb someday

Isao Harimoto

The all-time hit leader in Japan. The only player ever in Nippon Baseball with 3000+ hits. Isao hit 502 HRs!

He was a rookie in 1959 with the Toei Flyers.

Here's his rookie card: 1960 Yamakatsu "Home Plate Back" menko card.
