    I think it is. According to PSE grading guidelines there is a +/- 10 points for eye appeal. I think it should have been docked 10 points because it is not appealing to have 8 stamps destroyed to get one good one. Just my two bits.

    Actually PSE doesn't grade imperfs which have more than a third of the surrounding stamps still attached anymore. I was unaware of this and had a stamp returned as just ,"Genuine cut-down block."

    I think that is a shame to cut the surrounding stamps in half just to get the 100J.
