Another question for Storm

Ebay user buys 2 items using BIN. Before sending payment, he gets NARU'd. Then sent me an email through eBay asking for my Paypal address so he can send payment.
Any harm in accepting the payment and how the heck did he send the email through eBay if he is NARU'd?

a user gets NARUd. (Expired credit-card, using a new
computer, changing ISPs, etc.)
A NARUd user is NOT eligible for "buyer protection," if
his payment is made WHILE he is NARU.
I would accept his payment, wait for PP to say it is OK,
and then wait a few more days b4 shipping. If he has
been using a stolen debit/credit card, PP should catch
it within a few days of him sending your payment.
You could also, if you have his email, ask him to send you
a paper payment. Since he is currently NARU, such a
request by you is not a clear TOS violation.
