Reviews?? Bad Holders????----What's up

Sent in 14 high dollar cards for review a few weeks ago. 3 bumped to .5 They were clearly the weakest ones in the batch. Cards that were 60/40 side to side did not get the .5 due to centering on 7's??? This is what was on the sticker. Are they basing reviews on 9 standards even for 7's. The 3 cards that bumped came back with holders all scratched up. The other 11 were fine. The memory lane ad and the copy of the invoice in the box were fine. They both arrived in great shape. They either need to fix the holders or put the cards in team bags which I did when I sent the cards originally. Selling cards with scratched holders is a sure way to lose an automatic 10% minimum. Anyone else have this problem? I'm not sure what I would have done if the Memory Lane ad was missing or damaged.
