Wanting to Trade/Sell 1952 Mantle PSA 7

I'm looking to downgrade my PSA 7 Mantle (Cert #08165509) in cash/trade sale, or outright sale. I got it from 707 Sportscards back at the Nationals in Chicago several years ago.
My 1st, 2nd and 3rd preference for trade would be a PSA 5 1952 Mantle. Otherwise, I'd be interested in Ruth, Gehrig, E.Banks, or (?).
I haven't been real active the past 3 years . . . 2 young kids, and my lively hood is real estate, so the extra cash has found other places to be spent. Thanks & let me know if you have any questions!
