eBay photo "sharing" setting

I hope this hasn't been posted... I didn't see it.
I just read this on N54 - so credit that user with finding it, but it's good info for anyone here: Article
Basically there's a setting that allows eBay to consider any photos you've upload to be part of a "product catalog". Supposedly only applies to mass-produced type items, but as the N54 user said, "knowing Ebay they haven't quite thought this through."
To turn this option off, log in to your ebay account and go to "Site Preferences".
